By using the Task & Learn platform you agree to the following terms. Read them carefully before creating an account.
1. The service
Task & Learn is an English-learning platform for Arabic speakers, offering a placement test, a personalized daily-task plan, personal corrections from a teacher, and CEFR promotion exams.
2. Accounts and registration
Registering with accurate, up-to-date information is your responsibility. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or sold; one account per learner. You are responsible for your password and for all activity on your account.
3. The placement test
Each account gets one placement-test attempt to keep results accurate. If your attempt breaks for a technical reason, contact us to reopen the test with an alternate form.
4. Subscription and payment
Subscription works per stage. Payment happens in a WhatsApp conversation with the platform admin, after which your subscription is activated manually. Prices published at the time of payment apply.
5. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed case by case via WhatsApp, and are considered before you start receiving the paid stage's tasks.
6. Recordings and privacy
Your recordings and answers are used for assessment and correction, and—with separate consent—to build personal vocabulary lessons. In that flow, voice and minimized learning context may go to Google AI Studio, personal media is stored in a private Hugging Face repository, and Suno receives sanitized lyrics and a music brief only, never your voice or contact details. Consent is optional and can be withdrawn; new transfers stop, media is hidden, and audited deletion begins. We review retention necessity every 90 days, delete operational logs after 30 days, and redact raw AI outputs 90 days after a cycle closes. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.
7. Acceptable use
Uploading abusive or unlawful content is forbidden, as is using automated tools to solve tests or tasks. The platform may suspend any account violating this.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time and will flag material changes inside the platform. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept it.
